2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus). The host processes personal data arising from visits to this website on our behalf (e.g. IP addresses in server log files). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) has been concluded with the host. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing this website securely and efficiently (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Server log files

When this website is accessed, information is automatically stored in server log files: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not combined with other data sources. It serves technical monitoring and security and is automatically deleted after a short time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or via our enquiry form, the data you provide (name, company, email address, content of the enquiry) is stored to process the enquiry and for follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies that are required to operate the site. Your usage behaviour is not tracked or analysed. No advertising or marketing cookies are set.

To manage and document consents, we use the consent management tool “Real Cookie Banner” by devowl.io GmbH, Tannet 12, 94539 Grafling, Germany. The tool runs locally on our web space; no data is transferred to servers of devowl.io GmbH. To document a consent given, the content and time of the consent, a randomly generated identifier (UUID), the revision of the consent texts valid at the time of consent and your IP address in shortened form are stored in our database.

6. Fonts

This website uses the Montserrat typeface. The font files are loaded locally from our own server. No connection to servers of Google or other third parties is established.

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). 9. AI-generated content

Some images on this website — in particular product and design visualisations — were created using artificial intelligence. They show design concepts, not photographs of real products, people or places. Where people appear to be depicted, these are entirely AI-generated representations with no connection to real persons. No personal data of our website visitors is processed in generating the images. This labelling is provided in line with the transparency obligations of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Art. 50).
